I recently came across a comprehensive 152-page guide to listing securities on the London stock exchange.
The publication has been produced by Jones Day, which ranks among the world’s largest and most geographically diverse law firms.
The guide covers eligibility and other listing requirements, content requirements of a prospectus or admission document, disclosure rules and transparency rules in force as at June 2014 and other continuing obligations applicable to a listed company, as well as rules governing further secondary offerings and acquisitions.
As well as including a glossary, there is a great deal of useful terminology in the field. The guide can be downloaded here.

Thanks for sharing, I am always on the lookout for terminology resource.
