On 26 and 27 April 2018, McGill University in Montreal, Canada is holding an intrnational conference entitled “The Translator As Activist / El traductor militante / Le traducteur militant.

Sounds interesting… “It has become increasingly important for translation theorists and practitioners to understand the textual dynamics of politically oriented translations and their textual genetics in today’s globalized societies.”
