The Electronic Journal of Comparative Law (EJCL) published, from 1997-2011, articles relating to comparative private and public law, comparative legal aspects of information technology and the methodology of comparative law.
As of 1 January 2013 the EJCL became the “European Journal of Comparative Law and Governance” (EJCLG), with an aim and scope reflecting its extended area of attention. That journal is now published, both in print and online, by Brill Publishers of Leiden in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of Groningen University.
However, the full archive of published EJCL issues remains freely accessible, and free of charge, online.
You can access the journal here, and the archive can be searched by issue, by article, by review, or by author.
