In a case involving Fanny Mae in Washington, the District Judge is really fed up with repeated extensions to deadlines for exchange of information.
U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer told the attorneys to “sit down and take deep breaths“, and entitled her ruling “Order on One Millionth Discovery Dispute“.
The bit I particularly liked was “Much as the Court admires the advocacy of counsel, it is exhausted with these disputes“.
