Although I’ve published this as a Monday smile, the recently published book entitled Le droit selon Star Trek actually makes serious points.
It has just won the Olivier Debouzy prize: “prix de l’agitateur des idées juridiques“.

Fabrice Defferard explains how he researched and wrote the book, the philosophy behind it, and adds that it is intended for a wide audience – not only legal specialists.
