The session is aimed at translators of court and other legal documents, and those wishing to update their knowledge of English law in this field.

David Hutchins, a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, ran his own successful practice for many years. In 2001 he set up Lexacom English Law Courses, a training organisation for translators and civil code lawyers wishing to learn more about the English legal system. He divides his time between London and Nice.

Lexacom English Law Courses is approved as an authorised External CPD course provider, by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (regulatory arm of the Law Society).

The UK’s ITI recognizes this webinar as 1 hour’s formal CPD training, while members of ATA can earn 1 CE point for the session.
