Neuberger on science and the law

nullius in verbaLord Neuberger, President of the UK Supreme Court, recently gave a speech on science and law at the Royal Society in London. He considered the different ways in which lawyers and scientists reason as well as the use of science in the courtroom.

Lord Neuberger, who studied chemistry before becoming a barrister, spoke about his relationship with science, along with the role of science within the UK’s legal system.
