The University of Vaasa in Finland makes available a list of terminological resources in various languages.
The list seems pretty up to date: even though their stated checks date from 2016, I have clicked through and almost all worked for me.
The resources form part of the Terminology Forum, a global non-profit information forum for freely available terminological information online. The Forum was established in 1994 and is maintained by Anita Nuopponen with the help of her students at the Department of Communication Studies, University of Vaasa, Finland.
It includes information on terminological activities including terminology work, research and education, on online glossaries and termbanks from different fields as well as on general language dictionaries in various languages. The latest addition is a listing of terminology-related blogs and other social media relevant to the terminology field.
You can find the term bank list here, and the Terminology Forum main page here.
