I happened upon the website of the Judiciary of Scotland the other day, and found several useful things…
First of all, a legal glossary of terms commonly used in Scotland.
Then, the series “A day in the life” covers an Inner House Judge, an Outer House Judge, a Sheriff Principal, a Sheriff, and a Justice of the Peace.
The third item that caught my eye was a clear explanation of the Court Structure in Scotland.
