‘Share and Gain’ Workshops, Suprasl, Poland

The Białystok Legal English Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Białystok, Poland has announced its 3rd international ‘Share and Gain’ workshops for teachers, translators and interpreters of Legal English. They will take place from 6th – 7th September 2018.

Translating Europe Workshop – New Technologies in Specialist Translation

Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, together with the European Commission and the Polish Society of Sworn and Specialised Translators (TEPIS) invite participants to a workshop in the series “Translating Europe”.

The event, to be held in Poznań on Saturday and Sunday 9-10 December 2017, on New Technologies in Specialist Translation, is organized by the European Commission and funded by the Directorate-General for Translation.

MOOC – Law for Non-Lawyers

Monash University in Melbourne, which houses “one of the largest and most prestigious law schools in Australia”, is offering a free MOOC entitled “Law for Non-Lawyers: Introduction to Law”. It provides insights into the common law system, and introduces key legal doctrines and principles in readily accessible formats and language.
